Front Desk Receptionist for Behavioral Health Practice
Responsibilities:
Scheduling patients for in-person and telehealth visits
Reminder calls for appointments
Checking in patients, collecting copays and updating patients records
Processing Prior Authorizations to insurance for medications
Answer incoming phone calls from our main line
The successful candidate must be comfortable with phones. They must be able to multi-task and have attention to details. Their qualifications include computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and using Windows Explorer. To be considered all resume's should be emailed with salary requirements.
